This year, HATS are proud to support the Children’s and Young People’s Diabetes Team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust by providing a HATS vehicle for their annual bowling event. This event is a vital opportunity for young people to come together, build connections, and receive crucial guidance as they prepare for the transition from primary to secondary school. Alongside the fun, the focus was on discussing how they can effectively manage their diabetes during this important life change, ensuring they feel supported and empowered every step of the way
