Coronavirus (COVID-19): latest information and advice
Following the receipt of updated guidance about the possible impact of COVID-19, or Coronavirus, we are taking additional precautions to protect our passengers and staff. HATS are guided by the advice from Public Health England.
If you are requesting patient transport services:
Our call centres will be on hand to help and advise you. If you ring to request transport you will be taken through a screening process.
We have emphasised the importance of good hygiene routines to all our staff. Please see the advice issued by Public Health England in this link here
If you are concerned that you may be infected:
Most people who become infected experience mild illness and recover, but it can be more severe for others.
If you have a have a cough, or fever, or shortness of breath or have returned from identified risk areas overseas you should self-isolate and ring 111. Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
