At HATS we deliver Mental Health Transport Services to a number of Mental Health NHS Trusts, CCG’s and independent medical organisations across London and the South East and North West England.

We support them by providing a reliable, safe, effective and if required secure transportation services for patients presenting with a broad range of behavioural and mental health conditions.

HATS is able to cover the full spectrum of mental health transport services, transporting hundreds of patients safely and securely every month, with specifically trained and dedicated mental health staff. We have designated Controllers who will complete a full risk assessment when transport is booked, ensuring a safe, reliable and efficient service, that utilises the most appropriate vehicle.
