At HATS we pride ourselves on providing high quality, safe and efficient transport services to children, young people and adults who are vulnerable and potentially at Risk.
Our Home to School – Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Transport Services teams are led by a Senior Management Team with over 60 years’ experience.
All of our Drivers and Passenger Assistants undertake a comprehensive training package including, but not limited to Safeguarding, First Aid, Mini Bus Driver Awareness Scheme (MIDAS,) Passenger Assistant Training Scheme (PATS), Understanding Autism and Epilepsy Awareness.
This training, coupled with our colleague’s natural empathy, enables them to treat each passenger with care and compassion.
Strategically located operational centres and depots throughout London and the South East, enable HATS to provide a safe, comprehensive and reliable transport service to 28 of the 32 London Local Authorities , as well as to the Home Counties and beyond.
