Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust organised an event ‘Moving to Year 7’ to help prepare their young people for the transition to secondary school (Year 7) whilst managing a complex health condition such as Type 1 Diabetes. HATS were able to organise a transport for 12 children and 4 staff members to be taken to Hollywood Bowl in O2 Greenwich.
