From February 10th to 14th, we had the pleasure of welcoming a student from Croydon College for work experience at HATS Training Academy. During his time with us, he assisted our trainers with various aspects of the training and demonstrated exceptional dedication.
In addition to supporting the team, he successfully completed his Ambulance Care Assistant (ACA) course, excelling in all key areas, including carry chair lifts, blanketing, stretcher use, Padimate, winch operation, wheelchair handling, and all statutory and mandatory elements.
Keen to keep his ACA and FREC 3 skills sharp, he now hopes to gain further experience by taking on shifts on the road. We are incredibly proud to welcome him back this year and have no doubt he will go on to achieve even greater success.
