On Saturday, September 30th, the Birmingham H2S team participated in the Mental Health UK20km night walk event, GLOW. Their mission? To raise awareness and provide support to people across the UK to better understand and manage their mental health. Our fantastic team was made up of Lemmar Campbell, Mohammed Saqib, Summan Noor, Faysal Farah, Fahima Odud, and our very own Director of H2S, Enia Hillman, who had to ditch her heels for trainers! Together, they conquered the challenging walk as a team, making Enia’s first time wearing trainers one for the books!
