Mental Health Awareness Week

As you are aware, our fantastic staff took part in a 5K ‘Tough Mudder’ challenge on 16th April to raise awareness for mental health.

As you are aware, our fantastic staff took part in a 5K ‘Tough Mudder’ challenge on 16th April to raise awareness for mental health. I can confirm that leading up to the challenge, some were having second thoughts and even tried to get out of it. However, they all managed to complete the challenge as a team! Some were running, walking, and even crawling just to get to the finish line.

Let me introduce you to the ‘Incredible 7’
Dahir Ali – The competitor who took the race very serious as he hoped to become the next Mo Farah.
Michaelle Addison – The HATS female warrior who did not let anyone or anything get in the way.
Terry Hedges – Showed up as 6ft4 and surprisingly walked on water to represent the one and only MTS.
Alex Howard – Questioned his entire existence at first but Arsenal kept him going.
Mudassar Ishtiaq – Started of clean and came out as the BEAST!
Adam Dawson – The bravest of them all who got electrocuted all the way to the finish line.
Paul Foster – The team leader who encouraged the entire team to keep going while he laughed and watched them drown one by one (true leader).
We would like to thank the entire team for their courage and determination.
