Hodon has been instrumental in driving our commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. Her visionary leadership has resulted in a multitude of initiatives fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace here at HATS. The nomination therefore is not just a recognition of her work; it is a celebration of the impact she has had on us.
Hodon has been shortlisted alongside representatives from leading healthcare organisations across the UK; NHS Lothian, Northampton General Hospital, York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridge University Hospital Foundation Trust, Health Innovation East, Northampton General Hospital, University Hospitals of Northamptonshire and NHSE – Hertfordshire & West Essex Integrated Care System!
