At HATS Group, we believe in making a difference beyond business. On Saturday, 14th June, our team proudly participated in Prostate Cancer UK’s March for Men, coming together to raise awareness and vital funds for research and support.
Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK, and for Black men, the risk rises to 1 in 4. Early detection saves lives, which is why we are passionate about spreading the message: get checked and stay informed.
This year’s 10km walk brought together colleagues from across the organisation. From senior leadership and Mental Health staff to Head of HR, Gamu, who came all the way from Birmingham, alongside contract managers, IT, finance, Home to School, and Patient Transport teams – whether on the road or in the office, we stood united for a cause that touches so many lives.
It was more than just a walk – it was a powerful statement for dads, brothers, partners, friends, and colleagues everywhere. We are proud to have raised an incredible £4,396, taking real steps toward better research, awareness, and support.
