HATS and Coronavirus (COVID-19)

If you require the use of any HATS services, please be advised that all of our operations remain open and on hand, offering help and advice.

Please note though, if you request transport, you will be taken through a screening process to ensure that our services remain safe and secure for the protection of all.

Taking Preventive Measures:
All HATS Colleagues are aware and have been fully trained in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) measures and we have emphasised the critical importance of excellent hygiene routines, with regards themselves and with all our vehicles and equipment. If you are concerned that you may have COVID-19:
For most people who become infected with COVID-19, they will experience only a mild illness and will fully recover, however it can be more severe for others.

If you have a have a cough, a fever, shortness of breath or have returned from an identified overseas risk area or have been in contact with an individual or individuals who have subsequently become infected you should self-isolate immediately and ring 111. Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
