Whether that be on the front line delivering essential services to those in need, or at one of our office’s ensuring that all our systems and support services work as smoothly as possible, in what has been – without question, the busiest period in our history.
Jobeda Tobaris from our Home to School (H2S) operation, was nominated by many colleagues and several of her nominations had a similar theme, an extract of which is as follows: ‘Jobeda has been an exceptional example of what it means to be a HATS Hero, single handily managing the E10 routes and ensuring that they all run as smoothly as possible for our vulnerable children. All of the drivers and PA’s have recognised this and have supported her all of the way – because of her kindness and the initiatives she has taken to make sure that no routes are disrupted. The local authorities too, have continued to praise Jobeda for her continuous swift responses when issues arise. She is nothing short of the definition of superwoman. Well done, Jobeda, our Hero!’
Syed Husain and Abid Bashir from Patient Transport Services (PTS), received an ‘incredibly touching thank you note’ from one of our dialysis patient’s children, calling them wonderful people, who every time they collected their dad (3 times every week) simply went above and beyond in the care they provided. His kids even commenting that he can be a little cranky at times! 😊 Syed and Abid always ensured that the patient was safe and comfortable, even when he got back home. This attention to detail with the patients care, has left his children completely confident that their dad is in safe hands with HATS and they are both ‘very grateful to these wonderful people.’
