During the February half-term, we had the pleasure of hosting seven students from The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School, all aspiring to pursue careers in the medical field.
As part of their training, the students completed a Level 3 First Aid Course, which included a crucial focus on catastrophic bleeding management. With the rising number of knife-related incidents in London, we believe it is essential for young people to learn how to respond to such emergencies, particularly how to control bleeding until professional help arrives.
This marks our fourth year hosting students from the school, and we are incredibly grateful for their continued trust in our training. A special thank you to our dedicated trainer, Eliane, whose expertise and support have been invaluable in equipping these students with life-saving skills.
We look forward to continuing this important partnership and empowering more young people with the knowledge to make a difference in emergency situations.
